Langflow provides solutions for managing redirections, geolocation based on IP addresses, and advanced analytics and tracking.

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Payment Terms

• Subscription Fee: The Service operates on a monthly payment basis.
• Free Trial: Users are entitled to a 7-day free trial period.
• No Commitment: There is no long-term commitment required.
• Payment Method: All payments will be made via credit card.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Users can cancel their subscription at any time.
• Upon cancellation, users will retain access to the Service until the end of the current billing period (rolling month).
• There will be no refunds for any payments already made.

6. Data Collection and Usage

The Service may collect the user's IP address for geolocation purposes. Any other data processing will occur directly on the client's website. The Company may use collected data to improve the Service and for analytical purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use the Service;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
• Any content obtained from the Service; and
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws.
